What we do
We design and implement integrated development programmes that address the core needs of underserved communities across Jharkhand. Our work spans skill development and livelihoods, education, health and nutrition, agriculture, and community institution building. Through a community-driven approach, we focus on strengthening capacities, creating sustainable income opportunities, improving access to essential services, and enabling convergence with government schemes. Our interventions are tailored to support women, youth, and vulnerable families in building self-reliant and dignified lives.
We Mobilise & Engage Communities
We work closely with communities to identify needs, mobilise local participation, and build awareness around key social and development issues. Through community institutions and collective action, we strengthen local ownership and long-term sustainability.
We Build Skills & Livelihoods
We provide vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and livelihood opportunities to women and youth. Our focus is on enhancing employability, promoting self-employment, and enabling economic independence for vulnerable families.
We Improve Access to Education & Health
We support access to education through awareness, learning support, and engagement with school dropouts, while also promoting health, nutrition, and hygiene through camps and community-based interventions.
We Strengthen Communities & Systems
We facilitate access to government schemes, support formation of self-help groups, and promote sustainable practices in agriculture and community development. Our approach ensures long-term impact through convergence and institutional strengthening.
