About us
Who we are
We are a community-driven organisation committed to inclusive development and empowerment of vulnerable populations.
Established in 2007, Minority Samagra Vikas is a registered voluntary organisation working across Jharkhand to promote equitable access to livelihoods, education, health, and essential services. The organisation focuses on strengthening the capacities of individuals, families, and communities to enable long-term, sustainable development.
Our work is rooted in a participatory approach, where communities are actively involved in identifying their needs and driving solutions. Through skill development, livelihood promotion, awareness initiatives, and convergence with government programmes, we support women, youth, and marginalised groups in building self-reliant and dignified lives.
With strong grassroots presence and partnerships with government departments and institutions, we implement multi-sectoral programmes that create measurable and lasting impact.
Our approach
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower vulnerable and marginalised communities through skill development, livelihood promotion, awareness generation, and improved access to essential services.
We work to strengthen capacities at the individual, family, and community levels by enabling access to opportunities, government schemes, and sustainable income sources. Our focus is on creating long-term, self-reliant development outcomes.
Our Vision
We envision an inclusive and equitable society where all communities have equal access to opportunities, resources, and services, enabling them to lead dignified and self-reliant lives.
Our goal is to ensure that no individual or community is left behind in the process of development, and that growth is both participatory and sustainable.
